STRAPPING AND TAPPING
Strapping and tapping are techniques used by Myotherapists, to support and protect injured joints, muscles, and ligaments. Strapping involves the use of adhesive tape or bandages to provide support and stabilization to an injured area. Taping involves the application of elastic tape in specific patterns to provide support and compression to an injured area. These techniques can be used to treat a variety of conditions, such as ankle sprains, wrist strains, and knee injuries. Strapping and tapping can also be used to prevent injuries and to enhance athletic performance by providing additional support and stability to the joints.
